When you shop with us, you can feel calm. Our customer satisfaction guarantee means that we are not satisfied until you are. We have no hidden fees and we offer free shipping within Sweden in form of traceable shipping directly home to the mailbox. You pay safely and securely with one of our partners; we offer Klarna, PayPal and Stripe (card). Your order is normally sent one to three days after the order date from our address in Jönköping and is delivered directly to the selected address.

Swedish orders are delivered as traceable shipment directly to the mailbox by PostNord, shipping is included within Sweden. You agree that the package, if it does not fit in the mailbox, will be delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. You can choose to get your order delivered to a postal agent of Postnord for SEK 39. Normally shipping takes 1-2 business days. 

 

UPS/DHL: For international shipment we offer traceable shipments by UPS or DHL, the delivery time is about five working days and the shipping fee is SEK 99. Please note that any import duties or import fees are to be paid by the buyer.

We do everything to ensure that you have a good shopping experience with us, but sometimes it still does not turn out as planned. If you have a change of heart, feel free to return your order to us.

Fill in and send in our digital return form, see the form below.

- Return your jewelery to the specified return address together with a note with either your (customer's) first and last name or the order number. You are responsible for the risk and cost of the return transport.

- When we have received your return, we will send you a new item or make a refund to you, depending on what you want. Note that a refund is made automatically to the account from which we received the payment.
