Returns

We do everything to ensure that you have a good shopping experience with us. When you shop with us, you can always exchange, customize or return your item. Minor adjustments such as adjusting the length of bracelets or necklaces do not cost anything extra. Please follow these steps:

- Fill in and submit our digital return form, see below.

- Return your jewelery in its original box to the specified address together with a note with either your (the customer's) first and last name or the order number. You are responsible for the risk and cost of the return shipment.

- When we have received your return, we will contact you so you know that the return has arrived and then we will proceed with the assistance requested. Note that refunds are automatically made to the account we received the payment from.
